Pharmaceutical Production plants have a continuously increasing demand of highly purified media like purified water, water for injection respectively pure steam. Quality fluctuations or bottlenecks regarding the supply of these sensitive pharmaceutical raw materials are not acceptable for producing companies.
Highly pure media systems are central supply systems whose breakdown or quality loss can have far-reaching consequences for the production lines.
Highly Pure Media Systems are planned by Pharmatec as generation systems, storage systems and distribution systems, delivered pre-assembled, and the start up is provided as well as the qualification.
Basically it can be distinguished between the following systems:
• Systems for cold storage of purified water
• Systems for hot storage of AP
• Distribution systems for highly purified water and highly purified
steam
The media that are produced by Pharmatec Distillation Units and Pure Steam Generators are either stored in storage tanks or directly provided via a loop system without unnecessary interfaces and can be delivered from one source.
The degree of automation of these systems ranges from fully automated computer based systems with global filling station management in consideration of current formalities, up to simple semiautomatic storage and distribution systems.
Preferably the units are made of high quality Cr-Ni steel and they are prepared regarding mechanics and control engineering as package units in our workshop. After a successful FAT they are re-assembled on site and put into operation.
Qualification measures (DQ, IQ, OQ) are a central part of Pharmatec’s scope of supply and services of high purity media systems.
Maintenance and service are being ensured through experienced assembly fitters who are available on a daily base.
